Safeway's Official Internet Printable coupon policy is finally available on their site HERE but they don't always follow their own rules. I have finally received an email from Safeway.com Customer Service that says they DO accept Internet Coupons after having a problem with them denying IP’s for a few weeks now. Now I just show them my email and they seem to take them then. Strange that different days have different results.
